The PACT Agreement creates a unified framework for LGBTQI+ organisations across the Caribbean to work together, align priorities, and strengthen the region’s advocacy ecosystem. It shifts partners from fragmented, project-driven efforts toward shared strategies, mutual support, and long-term sustainability.
